Taking a sport....

Well, I just realised that I have been exercising quite well just that I dint knw about it.... The never ending flight of stairs and walking about in campus at NUS keeps my body fit and agile... And that I discovered while my 200m sprint to catch the Bus No. 30 today.. And the best part is that I was not really panting after I boarded the bus..
