suddenly its suffering from the same issues as most corporations... from this awesome small company it goes on to become a legendary giant... over a period of time, it loses its critical identity... its just for sake of continuity that it goes one....... and then giant has a fall... a big fall..
dont we see a parallel here? why is it easy to achieve success but very difficult to maintain it?
